To My Patients,

Two years ago I decide to go out on my own and open Madison Eyes.  Each of you has been part of this experience, and I truly appreciate and am thankful for each one of you.  Unfortunately, our business has not grown enough to continue to stay open.  We finished seeing patients on December 23, 2011 and will be moving out of the office the last week of December.

Several patients have asked where Robbin and I will be going when we leave here, and at this time that is still not been settled.  I have some leads, mostly in Lexington, but nothing confirmed yet.  However, I will update our website, and the Madison Eyes Facebook page, and the message on our new voice mail number: (859) 353-0714, when something definite comes along.  I am hopeful this will happen shortly after the first of the year.  And I will add Robbin's information when it becomes available if she wishes.

I hold a special place in my heart for those of you who have come with me from Winchester, and would truly be honored for any of you to see me at my next office.  However, I know some of you will need eye care before any permanent decisions have been made, or will chose to stay closer to home and fine a different doctor.  For this reason, your records are being sent to you.

You should receive a copy of your most recent exam record and a copy of your most recent prescription.  We are attempting to save the data from the electronic records system, so I should also have a copy if you need anything further, and I will have a electronic file of any ocular photos that were taken.  If you need anything please contact me at the voice mail number: (859) 353-0714/  This number will allow you to leave a message that will come directly to my cell phone.

Again, a huge thank you to each of you for being a part of this chapter in my life and career.  I have enjoyed getting to know you and your families and am honored to have been trusted with your eye care.
